Cancellation Policy

We have a 28 day cancellation policy for private bookings. Any cancellation on or before 28 days prior to your check-in date will be refunded in full. 

We require a 20% deposit to secure your booking with the balance due ten days before your check-in date. Deposits cannot be refunded within 28 days of check-in.

A cancellation within 7 days of your check in date will result in loss of the entire amount of your stay.

Cancellations through booking.com or AirBnB are subject to their respective cancellation policies.
